Level III Trauma Center, Level III Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit We are an integrated NICU. Infants remain in LDRP with family. If unstable, the neonate can be placed in a separate room or in our NICU proper. Schedule: Start: ASAP (Pending Credentialing) with ongoing need

- Patient Demographics: Neonates with gestational ages of 28+ weeks. Less than 28 weeks is typically stabilized and transferred to a higher level of care.
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: Varies based on NICU census
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3
- Services offered in the practice: 10 bed Level III NICU with an ADC of 6.3. Capacity to increase to 12 NICU infants for short period of time.
- EMR: Epic
Physician Requirements: - Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Active IA License or Active IMLC (Must provide LOQ at time of presentation)
- Fellowship trained in Neonatology
- Clean Malpractice/Background History - Self-Query NPDB required
