Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting their advisory team and leading client service operations. This senior-level position blends deep client relationship management with sophisticated operational support.
Key Responsibilities
??? Serve as the primary liaison for ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling inquiries, account issues, and complex requests
??? Manage account administration: new accounts, ACATs, money movements, RMDs, beneficiary updates
??? Prepare client reports, meeting materials, and portfolio summaries
??? Coordinate with custodians (Schwab & Fidelity) and third-party vendors
??? Work with client tax and estate planning professionals
??? Support investment-related communications aligned with client strategies
??? Assist with new client onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance
??? Partner internally to improve processes and elevate the client experience
Qualifications
??? 10+ years of client service or operations experience within an RIA
??? Deep understanding of investment accounts, custodial operations, and compliance
??? Strong ability to manage complex, high-touch client needs
??? Proficiency with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office
??? Series 65 preferred but not required
??? Experience with Addepar and/or Black Diamond is a plus
