Executive Chef needed for a hospitality-driven company offering menu creativity within a great structure. Great opportunity for growth. Seeking a high volume, hands-on Executive Chef.Executive Chef Responsibilities:· Work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure the delivery of quality products in both catering and the restaurants.· Develop others, through training, coaching, and planning.· Develop new menus and ensure consistency through creating standard recipes and ensuring the team uses proper techniques and skills.· Responsible for all BOH financials including food costs, supplies, and labor costs.· Work collaboratively with leadership and FOH teams.
