This is what it takes to work for us.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other computer skills
- Ability to work accurately with numbers, reports, and membership data
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Efficiently process refunds, reinstatements, and changed to membership accounts
- Provide customer service to county staff in need of assistance by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely information
- Analyze and distribute membership reports to support organizational goals and initiatives
- Accurately balance monthly membership numbers and dollars
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper, in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
- Support field staff by providing useful, accessible, and accurate membership data and resources promptly
- Assist with coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communication
