Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, business administration, or a related scientific/engineering field and 5-8 years direct experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience performing duties as described may be substituted for the minimum requirements.
Technology:
- Oracle or other large relational database management system and their applications.
- Windows Operating Systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other large Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application support experience.
- Reporting tools such as OBIEE and development tools such as SQL and PL/SQL.
Interpersonal relationship experience:
- Position is a highly customer-oriented position requiring effective communication skills, continuous skills enhancement in customer service approaches, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills and fostering of others' skills and confidence in technology.
- Fostering a cooperative work environment.
