Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA)

In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavior Analysts and Behavioral staff, while also maintaining a small caseload to stay connected to the work that matters most — supporting individuals and families.

What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Department staff• Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development• Guide staff in the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies• Ensure consistent, high-quality use of behavioral intervention techniques• Provide in-service trainings and professional development opportunities• Maintain a small caseload and fulfill responsibilities of a practicing Behavior Analyst• Assign cases to Behavior Analysts based on caseload and client needs• Review treatment plans to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness• Facilitate department meetings, training updates, and communication across the team• Serve as a liaison between the Behavioral team and other departments• Partner with leadership to develop and improve clinical policies and procedures• Ensure compliance with agency standards, funder requirements, and best practices• Track performance metrics, documentation timeliness, and quality indicators• Support quality improvement initiatives across the Behavioral department
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises assigned staff and is responsible for performance management, scheduling, orientation, training, and employee development. The role includes participation in hiring decisions, promotions, disciplinary actions, and other personnel matters.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related Human Services field• BCBA certification required• LABA required (or ability to obtain)• Documented training in behavior intervention techniques• 1–3 years of experience in ABA services, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to balance clinical oversight with administrative responsibilities
Additional Requirements
• Ability to travel locally as needed• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Physical Requirements
This role requires medium physical activity, including the ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
