The Supply Chain Lead function is responsible to analyze and optimize purchasing process across the Chillers Plants and it's also responsable for the inventory management and the materials systems development to maximize the process efficiency.How will you do it? · Evaluating existing process and identify areas that need improvement. Ensure that standard work is completed and published in an updated version. · Collaborating on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, process automation and JCMS integration. · Consolidate and analyze supply chain KPI’s.· Implementing and document supply chain process. · Fully participation in supply chain disruptions escalations, define root cause, count of measures for short/long term and track actions. · Recommend and create software to improve process. · Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. · Participate in Risk Assessments.· Participate in Training Programs. · Intervene personally to identify and correct unsafe acts, and to recognize safe behavior.· Identify and report potential environmental impacts.· Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity.· Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment. · Commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and applying them to everyday work. · Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position. What are we looking for? · Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Materials Control, Engineering or a related field.· 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related occupation. · Utilize experience with lean manufacturing.· IT/Demand pull manufacturing methods. · ERP System knowledge.· MRP and Replenish inventory control systems. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office.· Advanced English.· Availability to travel.What do we offer?
