This role partners closely with field leadership, service teams, and operations to deliver projects that move quickly, stay organized, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active jobs at once.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeoutOversee project budgets, schedules, labor planning, and cost trackingPartner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Service teams to align field executionCoordinate materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontracted scopesReview drawings, scopes of work, and specifications; manage RFIs and submittalsTrack job costs, productivity, and margins; proactively address variancesPrepare, price, and negotiate change orders and extra work authorizationsMaintain frequent communication with clients, property managers, and GCsEnsure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsManage project closeout, including billing, documentation, and turnoverQualifications5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projectsStrong understanding of plumbing systems, service work, and field sequencingProven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects at the same timeExperience with cost control, scheduling, and change managementProficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindsetAbility to work closely with field teams and adapt to shifting prioritiesPreferred ExperienceBackground in plumbing service, special projects, or renovationsExperience working directly with clients and property management teamsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for professional development and certification assistance.Equal Employment Opportunity:Upchurch Companies provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
