The team supports our full Ann Arbor office and reports to theManager, Real Estate and Facilities.We have astrong skill set in building systems, contractor oversight, and workplace safety, andwe'dlove to speak with you if you bringhands-onfacilitiesexperience.

Experience performing or coordinating building maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
Our Facilities & Workplace Experience teamis responsible forensuring an exceptional work environment for all employees in the Ann Arbor office. We oversee the full lifecycle of building operations-maintenance, safety, vendor management, space planning, office moves, and employee support.The culture ishands-on, autonomous, andgrowth-oriented-you'llhave the chance to own your work, develop new skills, and influence how the facilityoperates.
This is a fulltime, permanent position, primarily working core business hours in the local time zone, with occasional adjustments for building needs oroff-hourcalls.
