Summary/Objective
Provide mold engineering support and provide SL technician training effort
Essential Functions
· Managing and in charge of Mold Shop Responsibilities
· Planning and implementing action plans/reporting responsibilities ( yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly)
· Assigning work responsibilities and reporting performance after categorizing work daily
· Prepare customer audit and any required official documents
· Making business decisions and organizing a team
· Performing work according to work plan
· Reporting and analyzing work status, causes, problems, improvements (monthly/weekly/daily)
· Measuring and reporting work performances
· Reporting training for technicians and measuring their performances (monthly)
· Performing responsibilities on other fields
· Business execution on responsibilities
· Reporting work performance (weekly/daily)
· Reporting work status, causes, problems (weekly/daily)

Supervisory Responsibility
Able to supervise and direct other Mold Shop Engineers at grades 1 and 2.
Work Environment
Working inside the plant with exposure grease, hydraulic fluid and hot parts
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
30 stairs to come up, down
Ability to stand, bend and walk for periods of 8 hours

Ability to travel overseas max 2 times per year
Required Education and Experience
·
High school diploma.
·
10 years’ experience in a tool repair/ production environment
Preferred Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 Prior engineering experience
