Knowledge ManagerThis position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain a counterintelligence polygraph Cherokee Analytics is seeking an exceptionally qualified Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Knowledge Manager will perform information management functions and provide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflows and processes. Compensation & Benefits:Estimated started salary range: $110,000-$120,000. Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Knowledge Manager Responsibilities Include: Assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic productionUse centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processesCompile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskingsDisseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portalsProvide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow / processesUse Government-furnished, centralized, and peripheral databases / records management systems and provide reports on performance / usage metricsPost, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on classified and unclassified website / portalsOrganize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized usersEnsure proper security protocols are used to protect classified, proprietary, and personally-identifiable informationUse various Government-furnished systems and programs such as Microsoft (MS) SharePoint to search, discover, store, and retrieve dataUse Government-furnished tools to build, update, and maintain databases which could be used to produce stand-alone products and / or used to support all source analytic productionDevelop metrics from designated databases or data sets and prepare reports and presentations with the metricsPerforms other job-related duties as assigned Knowledge Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Active TS/SCI with willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence polygraphMinimum of eight (8) years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsComprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences related to the Knowledge Manager roleAbility to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advancedAbility to work independently with minimal oversight and directionAbility to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolutionAbility to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligenceAbility to work with teams in researching multifaceted or critical problemsMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information:Cherokee Analytics provides support, services, and solutions to federal and commercial customers.
