Schedule
- Multiple days of blocked surgical time between the hospital and ambulatory surgery center
- Dedicated Monday and Thursday robotic surgery blocks, with flexibility to expand
- Shared call rotation averaging 3-5 days per month
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at $600,000 - $700,000, with a production bonus opportunity
- Total earnings exceed $1,000,000
- $1,200 call stipend for anything over 7 days
- $200,000 Sign-on bonus , relocation assistance, and annual CME allowance
