Medicaid Representative Compensation
• The pay for this position is $16 - $18 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• The required availability for this position is 8AM – 5PM
Medicaid Representative Responsibilities
• Assist in monitoring utilization of medical services to assure cost-effective use of medical resources through processing prior authorizations
• Handle a high volume of inbound and potential outbound calls
• Initiate authorization requests for outpatient and inpatient services in accordance with the prior authorization list, routing to appropriate staff when needed
• Data enter authorizations into the system
