OverviewAbout the Role & TeamThe Enterprise Account Director is responsible for owning, growing, and retaining a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients with an annual book of business. This role focuses on deep account penetration, long-term relationship management, and driving revenue expansion through consultative selling and value-based solutions
What You'll Do- Own and manage an enterprise book of business, ensuring revenue retention and year-over-year growth
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand wallet share across assigned enterprise clients
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client business objectives
- Forecast revenue accurately and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
What You Bring- Required degree: Bachelor's or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of sale experience
- Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
- Experience using Salesforce and accurate forecasting
- Up to 50% travel required (100% remote outside of travel requirements)

Compensation TransparencyAt IDC, we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Employees are compensated equitably for their work, aligned with their skills and experience. Salary and incentive structures are determined through a rigorous process that considers experience, education, certifications, role-specific requirements, internal equity, and verified U.S. market data from an independent third-party partner.
The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $200,000 - $220,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.(U.S. ONLY - remove if not applicable)
