Job Description:Our client is hiring experienced CDL-A Drivers to join a dedicated Smithfield fleet based out of Tar Heel, NC. It s all no-touch freight with an average of 10 loads per week for this opportunity, which provides a consistent schedule and gets you home weekly!
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Dedicated Smithfield account
- No-touch freight (live unloads and drop & hook)
- Consistent lanes and predictable work
HOME TIME:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Working nights
DELIVERY AREA:
- Pick up from Smithfield Tar Heel, NC
- Deliveries throughout the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region
- Routes primarily cover:
- North Carolina
- Virginia
- Maryland
- Pennsylvania
- Delaware
- District of Columbia
COMPENSATION:
- Pay per mile
- Detention pay
- Safe & On-Time Weekly Bonus pay - up to 3% additional pay
- Average: $1,172/week ($60,000/year)
- Top 10%: $1,613/week ($83,000/year)
EQUIPMENT:
- Office staff and maintenance team on site
- Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks, hauling 53 trailers

Job Requirements:Drivers must have 3 months of experience, with all months with first seat driving (i.e., driving on their own outside of school and training) with one company. (NOTE: The 3 months cannot be split between multiple carriers.)
