Reporting to the Sr Director of Continuous Improvement, you will lead enterprise‑level Early Management strategy and execution across our manufacturing network. You will guide the development and deployment of methodologies such as Vertical Startup, Engineering Work Process, and the Method of Process and Packaging Development, driving improved startup performance, equipment reliability, and scalable manufacturing excellence.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise Early Management strategy and network‑wide standardization.Improve startup performance, equipment reliability, and systemic loss reduction across multiple sites.Coach plant leaders, startup managers, and engineers on Early Management and continuous improvement methodologies.Guide Early Management maturity assessments and ensure consistent application of foundational practices.Oversee startup workflow integration for capital and non‑capital projects.Use statistical and reliability tools to support data‑driven decisions.Develop standards, playbooks, and toolkits to strengthen execution consistency across the network.Collaborate with manufacturing pillars to drive integrated performance improvements.Ingredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.7+ years of experience in capital project engineering, operations leadership, or continuous improvement.4+ years leading cross‑functional or multi‑site teams.Expertise in Early Management tools and continuous improvement methodologies.Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Strong project management skills with experience scaling solutions across multiple locations.Travel up to 60%Strong communication and interpersonal skills.#LI-Onsite#LI-MH1#LI-MSLCompensation: Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
