Marketing Manager to lead our Vision Care marketing activities in Israel. The role includes strategic leadership and hands-on execution across digital, omnichannel, and commercial marketing.
You will be responsible for:- Lead the Israel marketing team and manage the full omnichannel strategy for the Vision Care portfolio.
- Oversee multichannel marketing plans, product launches, messaging, campaigns, advertising, and PR.
- Drive annual commercial, product, and marketing plans that support business growth.
- Build and manage the Big Data strategy, integrate data sources, and analyze consumer journeys to generate actionable insights.
- Plan and execute campaigns across online, offline, social, and mobile channels while optimizing ROI and conversion rates.
- Manage CRM, e-commerce, loyalty programs, and data capture to strengthen consumer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with agencies, sales teams, customer service, and professional development teams.
- Provide partners and sales teams with marketing assets and support ongoing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and ensure compliant educational programs.
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partners and conduct market, economic, and competitive analyses.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/omnichannel marketing; retail/pharma/medical device background preferred.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High interest in digital technologies and apps.
- Willingness to travel.
