Your role
• Analyze financial statements and credit applications to assess risks and recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Prepare clear, well‑supported credit submissions for new and existing clients in equipment financing.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of credit files in line with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and risk appetite.
• Collaborate closely with senior commercial relationship managers to support financing strategies for medium and large commercial clients.
• Identify potential risks, trends, and opportunities, and recommend adequate mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of colleagues by providing guidance, coaching, and expertise in credit underwriting.

Requirements
• Hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and several years of experience (typically 5+ years in financial services, including 3 years in business lending).
• Demonstrated expertise in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of equipment financing, leasing, collateral security, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex credit requests with sound judgment and prioritization.
• Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel); experience with Temenos/T24 or WAVE is an asset.

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Talent for influencing, facilitating discussions, and resolving conflicts constructively.
