entry-level Administrative Assistant, ideally a
recent Arts graduate, who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a corporate environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to executive operations and leadership workflows in a startup setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, professional, and excited to support senior leaders while developing real-world business skills.
What Youll Do
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and coordination for the leadership team
- Support travel planning, itineraries, and logistics for the leadership team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Help organize leadership meetings, guest visits, and company events
- Assist with preparation and logistics for team leaders and board meetings
- Support office coordination and basic facility-related tasks as needed
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional communications (emails, meeting notes, documentation)
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
- Recent graduate (Arts, Humanities, Communications, or related fields encouraged to apply)
- Internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or part-time experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a corporate/professional setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Compensation & Growth
- Salary Range: $40,000 $50,000 annually, based on skills and experience
- Exposure to work with Leadership team and startup operations
