Work Schedule: A typical work schedule is standard business hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to support system deployments, integrations, escalations, or special projects as business needs require.
Pay Schedule: Salaried
Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
Position SummaryThe NetSuite Administrator / Systems Architect plays a critical role in supporting and evolving the company's enterprise systems infrastructure. This position is responsible for owning the administration, configuration, optimization, and integration of NetSuite across finance, operations, and related systems.
The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-minded, with the ability to translate operational and financial needs into scalable, efficient system solutions. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Leadership to improve visibility, automation, and decision-making across the organization.
Essential Functions- Own, administer, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform across finance, operations, and related business functions.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite workflows, roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, and dashboards.
- Design and maintain reporting, saved searches, KPIs, and analytics to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Lead and support integrations between NetSuite and internal or external systems, including CRM, production, and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and increase system efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite enhancements, troubleshooting, upgrades, and system changes.
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve scalability.
- Document system configurations, workflows, integrations, and best practices.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on NetSuite functionality and system processes.
- Partner with leadership to evolve NetSuite into a scalable enterprise operating system aligned with business growth.
Additional ResponsibilitiesEmployees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws.

Minimum Qualifications- Hands-on experience administering NetSuite or Oracle-based ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, particularly within finance and operations.
- Experience with system integrations, automation, and data flows between platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and MS365.
- Ability to learn and grow with the business as a team player.
- Experience with SuiteScript or NetSuite customization.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, transactional, or regulated environments.
