You will oversee critical forecasting and month‑end processes, ensuring financial accuracy and clarity for stakeholders. You will also play a central role in tracking, planning, and enabling major IT transformation efforts, including system implementations and capital programs. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide technology investments and contribute to meaningful operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Digital & IT leadership to establish processes, drive financial results, and support accountability to business goals
- Support IT transformation initiatives through project tracking, long‑term planning, and financial guidance for ERP and other system implementations
- Coordinate and consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for Digital & IT, including building financial models and standardizing tools
- Execute month‑end close and forecasting activities to ensure accurate, complete financial results aligned with corporate policies
- Manage forecasting and oversight of IT capital program spend while maintaining strong financial controls
- Support development and implementation of IT expense allocation methodologies across Polaris
- Collaborate with SBU leaders to align financial and operational objectives between business and IT
- Enhance reporting and drive process automation to improve KPI visibility
- Perform additional financial analysis and project work

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
- Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and influence outcomes
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a matrixed environment
- Experience driving process improvements with attention to detail and deadlines
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
