What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM required. Shake Shack GM level experience highly desirable.
- Strong financial and operational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading diverse teams
- A mindset geared toward service, coaching, and accountability
- Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
