- Heavy equipment repair experience preferred, experience with diesel equipment, engines, or automotive also a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in the use of a computer
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment with minimal supervision
- Maintain a tool inventory sufficient to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree or experience on CAT heavy equipment preferred
