Responsibilities
Personally contribute to a culture that delivers an exceptional patient experience for every patient, every time.
Learning and executing how to deliver clinically excellent dental care through education quality and treatment. Assists dentists and hygienists in quality diagnosis through X-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests as directed.
Learning and executing ways to help ensure efficient, smooth operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, using supplies cost-effectively, and posting patient charges accurately.
Learning and following CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and infection control.
Learning and executing how to complete all clinical notes according to practice guidelines before dismissing patients.
Learning and executing the preparation of treatment rooms for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access; suctioning; and passing instruments.
Learning and executing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Promotes a "team first" attitude by demonstrating positive and caring relationships and communication with coworkers.
