Job Title: Lockbox Operations SpecialistPay Rate: $22.50 per hourLocation: Los, Angeles, CA.Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pmJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Lockbox Operations Specialist to support banking operations through accurate, high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess lockbox transactions accurately and on time while meeting productivity standardsSlice, count, sort, and distribute incoming mailOpen envelopes and batch checks, invoices, and coupons per client instructionsScan documents using high-speed scanners (OPEX Falcon)Perform data entry and re-association of check images and backup documentsPrepare outgoing mail with pre-coded alphanumeric dataFollow internal controls, security protocols, and banking regulationsEscalate issues promptly to management to avoid client impactSupport other operations and administrative tasks as neededContribute to a positive, collaborative team environmentQualificationsBank operations, item processing, or related experience preferred but not requiredStrong 10-key and data entry skills preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and flexibility to work additional hours with little noticeAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and follow detailed instructions Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
