If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing client success with business growth, this opportunity offers both challenge and reward.What You’ll DoClient & Contract ManagementManage a portfolio valued at $1.2M–$1.5M in cyclical landscape maintenance contracts.Maintain a 90% client retention rate through proactive communication and outstanding service.Oversee contracts, enhancements, and renewals using Aspire software.Conduct monthly site audits to ensure quality, identify opportunities, and address concerns before they escalate.Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve 60% or more in upsell revenue relative to your existing book of business.Identify enhancement opportunities and present tailored proposals to commercial and HOA clients.Drive renewals for landscape maintenance and snow services.Customer Service & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term relationships.Deliver clear updates on project progress, proposals, and service expectations.Partner with the Commercial Maintenance Supervisor to ensure crews consistently meet client needs.Snow & Ice ManagementManage the snow portfolio for your clients, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently.Coordinate with operations teams to schedule and oversee snow and ice control services.Resolve client concerns while maintaining accurate billing and documentation in Aspire.Reporting & PerformanceMonitor gross margins to support profitability goals.Track book-of-business performance, including renewals, retention, and upsell metrics.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.What You BringProven experience in commercial landscape account management.Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a history of successful upselling.Proficiency with Aspire software for contract management and proposals.Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.Financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies.Snow and ice management experience is a plus.Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Branch Manager.If you’re a proactive professional who enjoys cultivating client relationships, driving growth, and delivering high-quality service, we encourage you to apply and grow your career in a dynamic landscape management environment.
