CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking a
Data Analyst with strong backend data experience and a background in clinical health data to support a Federal client. This role is ideal for someone with experience in transforming clinical datasets, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PII standards, and publishing health-related data to public forums.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Execute complex SQL queries across Oracle and MySQL databases
• Extract, transform, and analyze clinical datasets
• Ensure data compliance with HIPAA and PII standards
• Publish health-related data to public platforms in accordance with federal guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support scientific research applications
• Conduct QA testing and maintain documentation
• Provide client support and participate in weekly status meetings
Staff may be required to report on customer site therefore only applicants residing in the MD/VA/DC Metro area will be considered. All Telework must be pre-authorized.The budgeted salary for this position is $75,000-100,000.00 per year.
- Strong in requirements gathering, testing and client/customer support.
- MUST reside in VA, MD, or DC Metro area

- Candidates must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.2-3 years of software-related experience, including database management.Hands-on experience with SQL and various database platforms.Experience with clinical data, HIPAA standards, PIIPrior work with government agencies such as NIH, FDA, or similar organizations Experience with clinical data systems and standards Familiarity with SAS, R, and backend data tools Experience with Drupal-based applications (maintenance and updates) Strong understanding of data governance and public data publishingExperience with QA/QC testing using tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
