Job SummaryThe IT Operations Supervisor role is responsible and accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the Information Technology (IT) department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. Additionally, this position is responsible for implementing and managing IT infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, and cloud computing systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for the maintenance and support of the Company's networks at the manufacturing sites and corporate offices. Also responsible for developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.
- Manage the Company's cybersecurity program as it relates to monthly campaigns, training rollouts, backup and disaster recovery programs, business continuity planning, penetration testing, and the security operations center (SOC).
- Manage Company IT policies such as corporate IT policies, group IT policies, bring your own device (BYOD) policies, Excel macro policies, and content filtering.
- Manage the process for monitoring and renewing Software Licenses for company IT applications.
- Collaborate with other departments to deploy and audit Salesforce CRM.
- Manage external IT application vendors supporting manufacturing sites.
- Responsible for data backup and retention of IT applications.
- Develop project plans and report on progress for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
- Provide leadership, development, and oversight of assigned staff to develop a high performing team that consistently exceeds companywide objectives.
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies and plans through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement/Work Experience- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field of study.
- 5 years of progressive IT experience in Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Policy Management, and Project Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience is preferred. In lieu of the preferred experience, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must possess expert knowledge in computer networking and IT hardware management including but not limited to routers, switches, access points, wired and wireless connections, LAN, WAN etc.
