We are currently seeking a full-time Entry-level Civil or Structural Bridge Engineer to join our Transportation practice in our Baltimore, MD office.
Duties primarily include engineering related to civil/site design with a preferred emphasis on bridge/culvert and highway systems. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Design support and delivery, preparation/review of plans and specifications involving most if not all the types of tasks listed below:
- Providing conceptual input on the development of bridge/culvert systems.
- Preparation of design plans, calculations, details and public bidding documents.
- Providing quality control reviews of design.
- Proficient in technical writing.
Requirements- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- Previous internship experience within the transportation / bridge engineering fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is desired.
- Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) is desired.
Estimated Pay Range: $76,000 - $78,000/year.
Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
