Salary range for this position is $90,593.36 - $105,914.12 with a progressive benefit package.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas which may include but are not limited to those listed and are subject to change.
- Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState's mission and vision.
- Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.
- Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.
- Ensures confidentiality of member information.
- Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Leads data technical requirements-gathering efforts, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Facilitates stakeholder sessions and workshops to capture requirements and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Performs testing and validation of data systems, ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting layers to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Creates and maintains test plans, test cases, and documentation to support quality assurance processes.
- Acts as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity of expectations and deliverables.
- Conducts reviews of requirements artifacts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
- Identifies gaps or issues in data processes and works with development and engineering teams to resolve them.
- Participates in change management processes to ensure all changes to data solutions are reviewed, tested, and documented.
- Provides subject matter expertise to stakeholders regarding data quality, governance, and system functionality.
- Supports standardization of testing, documentation, and validation practices across the data team.
- Assists with onboarding and training of team members and business users as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- College degree in computer science, data science, business management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, QA, or requirements-focused role.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills to support validation activities.
- Experience writing technical requirements and translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
- Strong background in data quality assurance, validation, and testing methodologies.
- Experience working with ETL processes, data pipelines, and configurable enterprise data systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to track requirements, test results, and project documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Reporting RelationshipThis position reports to the Manager Data Solutions.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position is not responsible for the supervision of others.
