Job Summary
The DMD Student Clinic is searching for a candidate to help with patient scheduling, registration, and check-out for Spanish-speaking patients.
The Patient Relations Assistant is foundational to facilitating an engaging and positive patient experience.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting patients, registration, insurance verification, cash handling, medical record preparation, scheduling appointments, procuring new patient records, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering the telephone. This position supports efficient patient care and clinic initiatives to improve patient attendance and keep attendance records.
