ResponsibilitiesThe FP&A Analyst provides analytical, strategic, and reporting support to Senior Finance Leadership, helping drive data-informed decision-making across the business. This role partners crossfunctionally to deliver financial insights, build models and presentations, and support key initiatives including forecasting, strategic planning, M&A efforts, and operational reviews. The ideal candidate brings strong curiosity, analytical rigor, and a collaborative mindset.
Primary Job Responsibilities- Deliver analytical support across forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, business intelligence, reporting, and adhoc analysis.
- Serve as a liaison across diverse teams-including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, Business Development, and Investor Relations-to gather information and align on outcomes.
- Evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources, identifying trends and translating findings into clear insights and recommendations.
- Develop engaging, datadriven presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, forecast alignment sessions, operational reviews, and sales & operations planning.
- Support special initiatives including M&A analysis, integration activities, system implementations, and PMO-driven projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, modeling, and analytic processes.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, delivering highquality work within established timeframes.
Job Skills- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including complex modeling, data analysis, dashboarding, and presentation design.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to present ideas and conclusions to senior leaders with clarity, confidence, and professional presence.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels, across functions, and with diverse perspectives.
- Experience converting financial and operational analysis into compelling narratives through welldesigned presentation materials.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with ThinkCell is a plus but not required (training available).
- Knowledge of financial modeling concepts such as NPV, breakeven analysis, and IRR is helpful.
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's degree required.
- Degrees in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other analytical fields preferred; candidates with other majors and strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience- Approximately 2-5+ years of progressive FP&A or related analytical experience; highly motivated candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of increased responsibility, influence, and high-quality output.
- Experience supporting financial planning processes, crossfunctional initiatives, or enterpriselevel analysis.
- Background in developing business cases, financial models, or strategic presentations is advantageous.
