Job Purpose The
Cloud Business Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Cloud Operations team by delivering high‑quality reporting, insights, and process optimization activities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, working with data from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and helping the business make informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, solid Excel knowledge, and familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
You will collaborate closely with Cloud Operations, Process Optimization, Business Units, and the BI team to enable efficient, data‑driven operations within the EMEA Cloud organization.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Create forms and data‑collection workflows.
- Perform KPI analysis, trend identification, and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Develop automated reporting workflows using Power Automate.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms.
- Conduct predictive analytics for capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Integrate dashboards with BI tools and support self‑service reporting capabilities.
- Standardize and continuously improve reporting activities.
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Process Optimization teams to enhance internal processes.
- Combine reports from different systems and ensure consistent data outputs.
- Support the BI team by articulating business needs for more complex developments.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting standards, and operational guidelines.
What We Are Looking For - Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and forms.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to validate, merge, and interpret data from multiple systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new tools or processes.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong communication skills in English.
- Customer‑centric, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
Nice to have: - Knowledge of e‑commerce or cloud/software distribution.
- Experience with SQL or basic data modelling.
- Background in cloud services, licensing, or operational support.
