Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKey Responsibilities
1) Portfolio Discovery & Business Analysis- Facilitate aligned project initiation - run structured project intake sessions and conduct sponsor/SME interviews to validate readiness, clarify stakeholders, shape the Project Charter
- Lead structured discovery and requirements management - drive AS‑IS/TO‑BE modeling, value hypotheses, and end‑to‑end requirements (BRD/FS, acceptance criteria, UAT, traceability) while managing change control for your workstreams.
2) Program & Project Delivery- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and benefits while aligning with DS governance, steering forums, and RAID reviews.
- Coordinate multi‑party execution across Digital Systems, IT, Process Excellence, and business sites, and integrating Project Lifecycle (PLC) methodology, including leading kickoffs and stage‑gates with clear deliverables, clarifying sponsor responsibilities, and supporting POR prioritization
3) Techno‑Functional Solutioning (SAP + Low‑Code + Integration)- Deliver solution consulting and automation design, covering integration/extension needs and leading low‑code and RPA automations using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Embed robust data governance and analytics alignment, ensuring data contracts, lineage, RBAC and DLP controls, while partnering with BI, AI COE, and site teams on Snowflake ingestion, KPI mapping, and Control Tower requirements.
- Drive structured process visualization and solution readiness through clear AS‑IS/TO‑BE mapping using relevant process mapping tools
4) Change Management, Value Realization & Governance- Lead UAT, cutover, training, communications, and hypercare while tracking value realization
- Align change management across the region and sites to drive successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Maintain high‑quality governance documentation and project artifacts
5) Stakeholder, Vendor Leadership & Organizational Uplift- Build trusted partnerships across manufacturing, logistics, planning, finance, and global sites; incorporate site insights into project prioritization.
- Manage IT vendors under shared accountability models, ensuring configuration alignment for platforms
- Coach Business Owners, GPOs, and DS Leads on PLC methodology, governance expectations, and roles
Experience- Advantage to have Hands‑on SAP delivery across two domains.
- Advantage to have success implementing low‑code/RPA automations.
- Solid integration & data practices.
- Experience in large, matrixed global organizations.
Skills- Business analysis, process modeling, UAT.
- Project delivery (planning, RAID, benefits tracking).
- SAP/ERP + low‑code solution consulting.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, stakeholder management
- Maintains strong documentation discipline and enforces governance standards globally
- Ability to use AI tools and low code to augment and automate the PLC process both individually and for the team
Minimum Qualifications- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years leading multi‑region or enterprise‑level programs delivering enterprise systems and automations.
