This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership of the front office, and play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience.We pride ourselves on a collaborative, supportive environment and are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and excited to build a long-term career in dentistry.Schedule, Full TimeDuties & ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and schedule the front office teamBuild and maintain strong provider schedules while reducing no-showsManage smooth patient check-in and check-out processesPresent treatment plans confidently and follow up with patientsAnswer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries via phone and emailVerify insurance, submit claims, manage appeals, post EOBs, and provide estimatesMaintain accurate and secure patient recordsCoordinate closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily flowHandle administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and mailingOrder and manage office suppliesTrack daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and provide clear reportingEnsure HIPAA and OSHA compliance and keep office policies currentManage billing, accounts receivable, and patient account activityOversee vendors and monitor non-clinical spendingSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance reviewsRequirements2+ years of dental front office experienceStrong understanding of dental insurance verification, billing, CDT codes, and AR best practicesProficiency with Dentrix softwareStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detailPay & Compensation$32-35 per hour, depending on experienceHealth insuranceDental insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) with matchingIf you’re looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a supportive dental practice, we’d love to hear from you.Benefits:Medical, Dental, 401k, PTOCompensation:$32-$35/hour
