You will own project delivery from start to finish—balancing customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and financial performance.Key responsibilities include:Leading the execution of control systems projects, including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and closeoutManaging overall project financials, including costs, billings, and collectionsMaintaining strong customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout all project phasesIdentifying and pursuing change orders while ensuring proper execution of warranty workEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetHow You Will Do ItProvide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative partners as neededCoordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless project executionEnsure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and is performed with the highest ethical standardsLead by example in safety, ensuring adherence to Johnson Controls safety policies and proceduresWhat We Look ForRequiredAssociate’s degree in a technical field with 2 years of relevant field experience or 4 years of equivalent experience in the building automation industryExperience programming control panels, preferably for HVAC systemsProven experience managing projectsAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiencesStrong independent work ethic and problem‑solving skillsProficiency with computers and related toolsPreferredExperience in the HVAC controls industry2+ years of project management experienceKnowledge of project accounting and costing principlesHands‑on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems#LI-Onsite#LI-NC1HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,000 to $93,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
