Job Details- Responsible for team of Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Sales/business development, estimate/bring in new work, and manage projects/staff
- Assign work, ensure project timelines/milestones/successful completion, manage/control jobsites/costs/budgets, value engineering, change orders, and client/sub/vendor relationships/meetings
- Plans/specs, scope, blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
- Bid strategies, records, market trends, develop current/new clients, and staff performance/development
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Sr. Project Manager/Estimator or Project Executive on electrical construction projects
- Sales, estimating, and project/employee management experience in electrical construction
