OverviewThe Pricing, Sourcing & Supply Chain Analytics
2026 Internship Program is a structured, rotational program designed to immerse high-potential students or early-career professionals in real-world pricing strategy, sourcing analytics, and supply chain decision-making within a large-scale, franchise-driven foodservice system. This role mirrors the analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and executive storytelling expectations of full-time analyst roles while providing hands-on exposure to pricing operations, sourcing performance analytics, dashboard development, and strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
Internship Program Structure, Essential Duties & Responsibilities The internship follows a rotational, project-based structure consisting of two mini-projects under distinct department leads, followed by a capstone presentation to senior leadership.
Phase 1 Rotation - Supply Chain Analytics (~4 to 5 weeks) Mentor(s):
- Director, Pricing & Supply Chain Strategy
- Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics
- AVP, Commodity Risk Management & Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Distribution Center (DC) price audits and pre-order guide validation
- Assist with pricing issue resolution and stakeholder inquiries
- Support pricing application deployment, testing, and documentation
- Provide analytical support for network optimization and RFP initiatives
- Participate in ad-hoc strategic pricing or supply chain projects
Expected Learning Outcomes:
- Develop understanding of multi-node pricing structures
- Apply analytical frameworks to pricing governance and validation
- Translate operational data into actionable insights
Phase 2 Rotation - Performance Analytics (~4 to 5 weeks) Mentor(s):
- Sr Manager, Sourcing, Food Cost & Performance Analytics
- AVP, Commodity Risk Management & Analytics
- Analyst, KPI Management & Insights
Key Responsibilities:
- Support dashboard transitions and ongoing reporting
- Assist with franchisee sandwich cost reporting
- Help document savings tracking frameworks, governance, and process controls
- Participate in ad-hoc sourcing analytics and performance projects
Expected Learning Outcomes:
- Build fluency in food cost analytics and sourcing performance
- Develop experience with dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools
- Understand savings measurement and governance methodologies
Phase 3 Project Wrap-Up - Leadership Presentation (~2 to 3 weeks) At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will deliver a formal presentation to leadership summarizing:
- Project objectives and analytical approach
- Key findings and insights
- Business implications and risks
- Recommendations and next steps
- All other duties as reasonably assigned.
Governance & Program Oversight - Primary Mentors: Department leads for each rotation

Qualifications and Experience - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Prior internship, academic project, or coursework in analytics or supply chain a plus
- No minimum years of experience required
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills and be able to translate data into meaningful insights that drive actionable results
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and BI tools, experience with SQL, PowerBI
Duration of Program The internship is planned to run from
May 4th, 2026, through
August 28th, 2026, aligning to an approximate
17-week program duration. This timeline ensures the intern can fully participate in the structured rotations, contribute meaningfully to key analytics and operational initiatives, and complete the final capstone presentation before the conclusion of the summer term. The selected candidate would be expected to commit to the full program window to maximize learning outcomes, project continuity, and organizational impact. Duration and weekly hours are flexible and will be aligned to candidate availability not to exceed 25 hours weekly, HR requirements, and academic commitments where applicable.
