Job Title: Maintenance Technician

This hands-on role is critical in keeping our equipment, buildings, and grounds operating safely and efficiently.If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and being the go-to problem solver in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - we want to meet you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs
- Maintain heating, plumbing, and alarm/safety systems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks (lights, filters, etc.)
- Support renovations and facility expansion
- Ensure facility systems meet health and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS: (Preferred too)- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years maintenance experience
- Manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
