Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manages product development projects in accordance with Intralox development processes.
- Develops, monitors, and controls a detailed project plan that includes a scope of work and schedule.
- Plans, directs, and manages project related tasks.
- Work with internal stakeholders, commercial team and customers to determine requirements of projects.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audience.
- Conduct risk assessment on projects and mitigate risks for work that is activated.
- Managesproject team capacity, identifies resource constraints and facilitatesprioritization and trade off decisions with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Apply expert level project management concepts, practices, and procedures to drive project work to completion.

- Inquisitive: Great at asking questions to get to truth
- B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Travel Required (~10%)
- PMP or formal Project Management training
- Product Development Project experience
- Experience working in manufacturing organizations
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $60,700 to $164,900.
