Training Schedule:

Monday -Friday 930a-6p

Regular Schedule: HYBRID (ONSITE & REMOTE)

Wednesday- Saturday 1130a-10p

Responsibilities

* Answer all contact center calls within 3 rings, (18 seconds)
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
* Answer questions about products and services, retail stores, general service line information and other information as necessary based on customer call needs.
* Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
* Facilitate resolution on customer complaints and problem solving.
* Process orders, route calls to appropriate resource, and follow up on customer calls where necessary.
* Pays attention to detail and has great organizational skills.
* Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Possesses great listening skills and can handle stressful environment.
* Flexible with the actual work and the hours of operation.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma and 2 years of call center experience or 2 years of related experience which includes 6 months or more in a fast-paced work environment
* 2 year degree (or higher) and 1 year call centere experience or 2 years of exact work experience
* Exact experience must be having worked in a customer facing role within home care (HME, IV or HH). Knowledge of medical terminology, claims and accounts receivable is preferred
* Related experience includes experience in health care, financial or insurance customer service, claims, billing or a call center environment
