Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other digital resources to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Implement applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring all candidate information is properly categorized for future use.
- Conduct pre-screening and interviewing processes to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their key performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the legal industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proficient in the use of job boards, ATS (especially Oracle), social media, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
