Job Description:Job DescriptionOverall Purpose of Job:This position acts as the end-to-end (E2E) interface between the Innovative Medicines Supply Chain and Deliver functions, driving performance improvements across both service and cost. The role represents Deliver on strategic Supply Chain programs and Value Chain Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects - such as New Product Introductions (NPIs), Technical Transfers, Acquisitions, and Divestments - ensuring governance and effective execution across Deliver EMEA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Coordinate the Deliver NPI process to ensure readiness, appropriate resourcing, and successful execution of all NPIs, including new modalities.
• Ensure effective management of Technical Transfers and JSC network changes within Deliver EMEA, aligned with governance frameworks.
• Lead divestment, delisting, and acquisition projects, ensuring smooth transitions, mitigating risks, and integrating changes effectively within the Deliver EMEA network.
• Lead and facilitate process integration when assigned as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) and support broader Deliver/JSC integration efforts to drive efficiencies.
• Act as the strategic liaison across E2E supply chain functions, fostering collaboration between global Deliver teams and EMEA stakeholders to align strategies, priorities, and resources.
• Lead and participate in strategic E2E Supply Chain programs to optimize cost, inventory, and service holistically.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance customer experience objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across Deliver, partnering with stakeholders to implement value-creating initiatives.
• Perform analysis to determine E2E trade-offs (e.g., cost, service, inventory) and define Deliver implications of regulatory changes in alignment with stakeholders.
• Support coordination of operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve regional priorities.
• Provide insights and analysis to enable E2E integration, acting as the Voice of Customer and identifying cost-to-serve optimization opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships internally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Job Requirements - Education, Qualifications & ExperienceEducation and/or additional training:
• BA required; Advanced degree preferred.
Qualifications, Experience and Functional Competencies:
• Minimum 6 years in relevant leadership roles
• Experience working in a global function and matrix environment
• Expertise in core order fulfilment processes
• Experience in multiple Supply Chain functions is preferred
• Experience in Deliver functions is a plus
• Proven experience in Life Cycle Mgmt. Projects (NPIs, Tech Transfers, Acquisitions, Divestments, Delistings)
• Ability to build a distinctive customer experience
• Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally with key senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability in driving functional excellence and continuous improvement.
