Job Description/Preferred Qualifications- Collaborate with customers to improve yield.
- Develop SW solutions and features by understanding the industry’s needs.
- Define and develop unique KLA solutions and use cases for mission critical inspection and metrology problems.
- Test prototype features/tools at customer sites and identify solutions/BKM with high customer value.
- Interface with mid to high level technical personnel at customer sites, as well as KLA marketing and engineering to develop or enhance current and new KLA products.
- Act as technical advisor for KLA products and customer applications.
- Work as a team with KLA marketing, sales, technical directors and product application engineers to define and execute project plans to deliver results.
- Regularly interacts with senior management and executive levels on matters concerning functional area and/or customers.
- Promote KLA's process control solutions through MACH eco-system and tool applications to technical and management levels at customer sites.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science.
- Excellent understanding of semiconductor fab processes and yield improvement experience required.
- Good technical written and verbal communication skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in process modules or defect reduction/yield improvement preferred.
- Knowledge and hands on experience on data analytics include AI skills is preferred, or knowledge and hands on experience on KLA inspection/metrology tools is preferred.
- Self-starter with ability to manage and coordinate project. Independent, hands-on and team oriented.
- Good technical presentation skills and customer interface capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and overseas where skill set is required for project support.
