Job Title: Production Line Lead
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Pay Range:$ 22.35/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift - Mon- Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Read and understand Bills of Materials to ensure accurate production processes
Explain work instructions clearly to production line operators to maintain efficiency
Maintain a safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Use computer systems to scan materials, manage line workers, and print license plates within an SAP environment
Meet safety, quality, and production expectations outlined by management
What's Needed?
1-2 years of packaging and/or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials and work instructions
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain instructions effectively
Comfortable using computer systems, including SAP
Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production goals
