We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for an ongoing, clinic-based engagement in WI. This position is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a collaborative environment and a "no-call" structure that supports a strong work-life balance.
Position Overview - Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic Only (No Call, No Inpatient)
- Schedule: Full-time clinic services with flexible start and stop times .
- Travel Flexibility: The facility is open to a schedule that allows for travel home for an occasional weekend or two per month.
Clinical Environment & Support - Practice Structure: Collaborative team consisting of 3 MDs and 1 APC .
- Setting: Outpatient only; no hospital-based services required.
- EMR: Epic.
Candidate Requirements - Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) .
- Licensure: Active WI Medical License.
- Certification: Active BLS.
- Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
