Your Role:

Deliver skilled PT services in patients' homes
-
Assess mobility, strength, and function
-
Create customized treatment plans
-
Educate patients & caregivers on exercises & safety
-
Collaborate with a supportive care team to achieve results
What You'll Bring:

Florida PT license
-
Degree from an accredited PT program
-
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Strong communication & documentation skills
-
Home health experience is a plus
