In support of a Marine Corps customer, Program Manager Combat Support Systems we are seeking a Logistics Analyst III with experience in supporting DOD/Marine Corps acquisition logistics programs and life cycle management events; familiarization with acquisition logistics policy/principles, and interfacing with government principals.
The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Tracks packing reconfiguration updates (weight/cube/cost), cross-leveling tracking, maintenance trend analysis, recall, Medical Material Quality Control (MMQC) management.
• Supports configuration package development and sustainment documentation updates.
• Supports fielding plans and intent-to-field messages and sustainment planning inputs.
• Manage sustainment planning to acquisition documents including Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), annual Item Unique Identification (IUID) reviews and support Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS).
• Tracks Approved Acquisition Objectives (AAO), Table of Authorized Material Control Number (TAMCN), DMLIIS/NSN requests and Product Source Request (PSR) processing, warehouse inventory and physical accountability reconciliation.
• Supports Capabilities Assessment Reviews (CAR), Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) processing, disposal planning, distribution messaging, development of documentation supporting Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA) and Independent Logistics Assessment Reports (ILAR).
• Supports Class VIII Enterprise and Authorized Medical Allowance Lists (AMAL)/ Authorized Dental Allowance List (ADAL) modernization sustainment operations and review coordinations.
• Manages detailed documentation of materiel adds/replacements/deletes, Stock List (SL)-3, Technical Instruction (TI), Supply Instructions (SI), Modification Instructions (MI) drafting and publishing support, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) sourcing requests and Military Standard Requisitioning and Issues Procedures (MILSTRIP) reconciliation.
• Manages GCSS-MC Install Base inventory tracking, Approved Property Record Systems (APSR) report pulling and service request tracking, warehouse disposition reporting and inventory reconciliation including DMLSS vs physical inventory comparisons.
• Property accountability and reconciliation support Consolidated Memorandum Report (CMR), CAR/sub-inventories), along with logistics tool proficiency and development of a Logistics IMS and Logistics Requirements Funding Summary (LRFS) using Cost Estimate Tool (CET).
• Tracks changes that are inclusive but not limited to, maintaining current and accurate documentation to reflect AMAL/ADAL/medical kit inventory changes.
• Tracks technical publications, readiness, Feasibility of Support (FOS), Naval messaging and monthly status reporting.
• Supports end-to-end medical logistics sustainment and enterprise execution.
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related progressive professional work experience in logistic analytics preferred.
• Exception for not having Bachelor's degree is six (8) additional years of experience
• DAWIA or professional accreditation preferred.
• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
• The applicant must have working knowledge of DOD 5000 series polices/guidebooks, MCSC Acquisition Guidebook, and MCSC documentation templates.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or on a team in a dynamic environment and with multiple discipline projects.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Visio, and Teams).
