- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Engineering with MBA is strongly preferred)
- Minimum 12 years' experience in manufacturing environment, of which minimum of 5 years in an Engineering role
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic supplier sourcing analyses and execution
- APICS or CPM Certification strongly preferred
- Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office, including expert level functionality with Excel
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within and between ERP systems (SAP preferred), and analytics software (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
- Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Strong technical and business knowledge of, and experience in buying and sourcing in the segment served (i.e., motion control, electrical commodities / machined parts, sheet metal, mechanical assemblies, optical components and assemblies, plastics, and ceramics)
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $101,000 and $160,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
