*Description* The Service Advisor is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales position responsible for helping customers understand available service options and make informed decisions. This role combines customer service, problem solving, and sales, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and providing a consistent, positive experience in every interaction.
Team members handle inbound customer inquiries, manage online leads, and actively participate in sales activities. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive handson training is provided until the advisor is fully confident and independently productive.
*Customer Interaction & Advisory*
* Conduct customer needs assessments to identify concerns, goals, and service requirements
* Provide clear explanations of recommended service solutions
* Ensure a consistent, highquality customer experience across all interactions
*Consultative Sales*
* Recommend service packages aligned with customer needs
* Close sales during initial conversations or through timely followup
* Manage commission-related processes as applicable
* Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
*Team Collaboration*
* Contribute to a proactive, supportive, and teamoriented environment
* Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, or other communication channels
* Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
